^ yup. parang namimili talaga minsan ng pwesto ang 5G signal especially sa mga 5G modems. hetong samin naka dikit sa pader ng 1st floor namin malapit sa pintuan dahil mas ok ang speed. kesa sa 2nd floor na malapit sa bintana at bumibitaw minsan ang 5G.

Kakasubmit ko lang nung sakin, ganto yung automatic reply na nareceive ko:
Matagal bago ko nareceive confirmation nung email change, siguro puno mailbox nila kaya delay nasesend automatic replies.

may specific ba na subject title? nakadalawang send na ko wala pa ding confirmation na nareceive nila.

Naweirduhan nga din ako walang specified na email subject, siguro yung specific mailbox/alias na yun pang SIM reg lang talaga. Wala pang confirmation sakin na okay na, siguro backlog sila sa dami ng nagsa-submit.

Kaya nga. This should be as simple as kung pano yung sa postpaid. Not sure why need pa nila hingin ulit yung mga info when initially dapat nasa database na nila before. Hassle lang ng ginawa nila.

Question sa mga naka VoLTE.
Kailangan ba talaga kasama pa sa supported list yung phone na gagamitin? Or pwede kahit anong phone na may VoLTE at VoWifi na settings?
Ilan araw yung hinhintay para ma-activate yung VoLTE?
Sabi kasi nung kausap ko, 1 hour lang daw tapos restart ng phone kaso hanggang ngayon wala naman nagbago.

When I called Smart, they didn't actually do anything to activate VoLTE or VoWiFi. It was only when I requested it from the myPLDTSmart app that they did it, and it was done quickly, the same day.
I don't think the phone has to be on their list (mine wasn't). I did have to manually input a dialer code to bypass the carrier check for VoWiFi, though, on mine. VoLTE didn't require it. You'd have to search for that, as it would be different depending on the phone. Hopefully you won't need to do it, though.

Yung enterprise ko sa tropa ko nakapangalan ako lang nagbabayad, almost 5 yrs na ito sakin. Ang problema ko di ko na macontact yung tropa ko para mairegister nya yung sim. Pede kaya ako na lang yung magreregister, since ako naman talaga yung gumagamit?
