1. Stocks/Mutual Funds = may separate thread para dito. Think we can all agree this as one of the primary sources.
2. Forex Trading = Foreign Exchange rate trading. Invest what you can afford to lose. high risk, high reward investment.
3. NeoBux = paid to click site, basically click ad hintay confirmation, close, account granted with $0.0001
4. Shutterstock = for photography enthusiants, you can get paid for submitting stock photos.
5. Hashflare = cloud mining for cryptos (Invest at your own risk!)
other plans
2. Book writing = same with youtube
Sa ngayon, yan pa lang mostly ung masasabi kong source ng passive income. kung tutuusin, hindi siya ganun kalakas pa in terms of generating revenue.
Please share your thoughts, and current sources (kung meron na). Let us help each other through passive income.

quarterly dividends from my bank accts...
anu maganda i-buy and sell for a starting capital of around 10k? or magstocks na lang 5k a month...
i would suggest stocks muna sir. nagiisip din ako business pero tulad ng lahat, dapat inaaral muna i.e. anong skill forte mo, san mo balak itayo, nakikita mo bang magiging malaki target audience etc.
Share ko lang pala. As I indicated sa 1st post, ininclude ko ung Shutterstock as option. Sa ngayon, I have 2 stock photo download with $0.50 in my account.

Tried:
-Computer shop 13yrs ago na, bagito pa lang ako nun.. already sold it after ~4 yrs
-RTW (may mga tao ka, bibigyan mo sila ng brochure ng mga garments tapos order basis) malakas ito if malaki population ng company like semicon & electronics companies.
-Specialty food items from provinces (nabili ako tuwing nauwi ng probincya, ung isang kasama ko sa work sosyo din kami, papadala lang namin via bus)
-Stock market
-Mutual funds
-Commodity trading
-Forex
-Lending/Loan (sobrang hirap if you just started into this, you need to build trust in this business). Breeze na saken 'to ngaun since ung mga dating customers priority ko (ung may magandang record)
-Gadgets (Smart phones, tablet, ATB, ext HDD, Action/dash Cam, BT spkrs etc) pwede installment for pricier items, pero if cheaper items like SDcard o powerbank, cash na dapat..
mahirap e-asa lahat sa sahod hehehe

^the best thing nito if hindi lahat inaasa sa sahod, hindi ka ass-kisser sa company nyo.. I can oppose ideas/views ng boss ko (in a professional way of course) if disagree ako.

If same na din yung terms ng Google for Youtubers sa US and sa PH, mahirap na magstart out as a youtube content creator ever since tinaasan nila yung requirements for monetization dahil dun sa ginawa ni Logan Paul. Adpocalypse 2.0 daw

New
Effective immediately, to apply for monetization (and have ads attached to videos), creators must have tallied 4,000 hours of overall watch time on their channel within the past 12 months and have at least 1,000 subscribers. YouTube will enforce the new eligibility policy for all existing channels as of February 20th, meaning that channels that fail to meet the threshold will no longer be able to make income from ads.
Current
Previously, the standard for joining YouTube’s Partner Program was 10,000 public views — without any specific requirement for annual viewing hours. This change will no doubt make it harder for new, smaller channels to reach monetization, but YouTube says it’s an important way of buying itself more time to see who’s following the company’s guidelines and disqualify “bad actors.”

example:
video1 = 800 watch time
video2 = 3300 watch time

This isn't passive income: photo editing, logo design & proofreading requires a lot of working hours. Its just like getting a normal job...
Ung passive income requires less time to waste or none at all..
a good sample of this is apartment rentals, ung time na-consume mo is nung maningil ka lang ng upa every month (konting oras lang nawawala sayo)

Hindi siya nagrereset every year. Basta mareach mo yung 4000 hours ok na for monetization lahat ng videos mo.
Take note 4000 hours view time yun hindi 4000 views.

it is your opinion and I respect that. May kanya-kanya tayong definition ng "passive". Salamat sa input hehe..
On to topic, Na-reject ako ni Fiverr for putting up a Translation/Proofreading gig. While nabasa ko ung explanation (tampering/editing someone's work), mejo naguluhan ako kung bakit available as an option pa un in the first place.
Hooray for my first 2 subs at 4 views, hahahahaha. Road to monetization!

iisa lang meaning nyan. Kaya nga tinatawag na "PASSIVE" kasi hindi need na active ka parati, meaning it requires less effort or no effort at all..
Ibig sabihin sa interpretation mo, may work ako ngaun pwede tawagin passive income un? or after sa ng work ko, nagtuturo pa ako ng calculus sa isang university, passive income un?
Dito tayo kumuha meaning kay INVESTOPEDIA:
What is 'Passive Income'
"Passive income is earnings derived from a rental property, limited partnership or other enterprise in which a person is not actively involved"
"Colloquially, it’s been used to define money being earned regularly with little or no effort on the part of the person who’s receiving it"
Malinaw dba?
Edit:
Several years back, ung kawork ko, nagyaya magsolar installation business daw kami, I turned him down kasi kami 2 aakyat ng bubong ng mga clients naming para maginstall ng solar panels, hindi kasi passive income un and I don't want to be involved in a business that would consume too much time & effort.

money being earned regularly with little effort
still subjective...
1. House/lot rental
2. Online selling car accessories
3. Perfume (from CnC) selling sa company where wifey works
5. Small gadgets bought during sale sa online stores, selling them sa friends (bluetooth speakers, headsets, earphones, wireless keyboard and mouse, tv box, air mouse, powerbank, etc.)
6. Xmas Tiangge of the items above
9. Referral sa buy & sell ng cars (sometimes, one can get a percentage from both buyer and seller)
Possible future ventures:
1. Buy & sell ng cars

^ Not needed, kelangan lang mayor's permit, DTI (eto matagal lalo na if may kapareha ka na business name na nakaregister), sanitary (for food services), building/fire safety (sa fire dept). Cedula etc.
I may missed some since matagal ko na 'to nagawa, marami na cguro changes.
