  Hello, may tindahan ba o computer service center na nagproprovide ng BIOS Flashing service para sa motherboard dito sa NCR/Manila area?

  Usually the shop where you bought the board can do it for free, or for a fee.
  
  They may or may not honor the warranty incase the board got bricked, though.

  They should honor the warranty, because they're the one who's doing it. It doesn't make sense that they won't honor it, you already paid a premium for the board.
  
  I wouldn't have the board flashed to a shop that will not honor the warranty. It just basically means they don't know how to flash that board or have no experience in flashing at all. That shop probably has such stingy warranty measures that its all the more better to avoid buying from that shop.
