TPC PC Parts RMA Thread (List your Returned Products here)

"I sent you a prepaid DHL shipping label. Kindly use the shipping label to return the defective unit back to us and let us know."

Export fee/import dapat wala na yan ah.
"There should be no any duties and taxes on your shipment it is a warranty claim and its only just a replacement. "

Nice to know na may ganyan pala, ano pa mga brands ang nag gaganyan, for reference pag nag US shopping hehe.
Pero they insist sa Corsair Taiwan na lang, free of charge back and forth. EVGA rin yata ganito RMA policy.
  • @BCFreeman

  • Any success in claiming lifetime warranty for G. Skill RAM kits here in the Philippines? I bought mine from the US and G. Skill wants me to send directly to Taiwan which is not cost efficient.

have you tried snail mail to Taiwan?
  • I just came back from my nearest PhilPost and they said that they don't accept international shipments as of the moment :( They said to try again next week. I checked their rates online and it looks like it just costs P390 for international registered mail to Taiwan, not bad. Any other courier that has more or less the same price?

    @kevindd992002, try mo sa 2go /fedex
  • @ComPeter: Wala kasi to receipt since used ko nabili. Ok naman now gamit ibang RAM.
  • @ComPeter

Yes, I had no choice but to use FedEx. I had to create an account with them to avail of their 40% discount for a year. Too bad they don't offer the International Economy (cheapest) service right now because the Covid situation. So I had to avail International Priority which cost me around P850 (discounted price). It just took 24 hours to deliver the item to Taiwan, so you get what you pay for.
