    Bro, thank you! Pero nakuha ko na rin, mahirap ba magpa RMA? For Aorus Gigabyte? Maselan ba sila magrepair?
  • Papa RMA din ako ng X399 ko, nakatawag na ako sa Distro ng Gigabyte eh 3 years warranty din pala to eh October 2017 ko nabili. Ayaw mag boot. Tinanong nila S/N kaya nalaman ko din yung warranty. Update ako dito pag napalitan. Next week ko dadalhin.

    PC Store: JT Photoworld yung distro pero sa KMPC ko binili

    Days to wait for Replacement: 20 days

    Feedback-Comments-Reviews:
    May 29 - Since i did not know the distro, i assumed it was Helix technologies, but they told me it didnt belong to them.

    June 3 - Took me a while to get JT Photoworld's contact information so I got in touch with them although they did reply promptly discussing the RMA process with the notice that the PSU is already out of production,

    June 5 - sent the PSU via LBC, they received it immediately the next day and said they'd keep in touch.

    June 14 - since they did not send any updates, i sent a follow-up email. to which they promptly replied that they still had no stock. so i asked them if its possible to get a replacement unit of similar value.

    June 18 - they responded that they can replace the unit with a Focus Plus (same Gold rating and 650 watts) asking for confirmation to proceed. I think it was only at this moment that they initiated an RMA process with Seasonic.

    June 21 - replacement unit finally arrived on their office and they asked me to pick it up myself. since it was a weekend and i am from laguna, I had to do it the next monday but they said they're on holiday so i had to wait til Tuesday (june 25).

    June 25 - finally received the replacement unit. not sure how to verify if it is brand new or just a refurbished unit. it smells brand new though even when the packaging used was the same protective foam i used to pack the x-650 when i sent it to them

    tested the unit for 3 days now and noticed no difference with the previous x-650.
  • @TechAllDay, okay naman mag pa warranty dun sir, may katagalan nga lang last na naidala ko. pero sulit naman paghihintay...

    @sylphunter, mas okay talaga sa helix, hindi ako tumagal ng 1 hour at napalitan ng bago sealed psu ko. na upgrade pa sa fully modular from semi modular..

    yeah next time i think i should check where the reseller gets their supplies
    although i have no qualms really about the lengthy RMA process,
    i'm just happy that warranties / replacements are still honored in the philippines

    GPU Model: Gigabyte Aorus GTX 1070 rev. 2.0

    Problem Encountered: Missing parts and corrosion. Honestly, naihian ng daga yung GPU pero may backplate naman kaya lang nagkacorossion sa may PCIE niya.

    When I brought it to them:
    June 26 ~ TechSquad Replied: They will try and check the problem, then repair it (2-3 weeks).

    June 29:
    Follow-up Call from TechSquad: They told me that it had corrosion that's why it's end user's fault (not within the warranty anymore, but they will try to repair it still if I agree. This will void the warranty though but I said yes.

    July 2:

    After a few days of repair, they told me that there's no chance for the card anymore, the card loses its display, has artefacts, and it crashes on benchmarks (Unigine, Heaven, burn test, etc.)

    Medyo nanghihinayang ako kasi kokonting buwan ko pa lang nagamit yung card, wala pang isang taon, tas napasukan ng maliit na daga yung butas sa casing ko (which is unexpected). Matagal ko rin di nagamit yung PC kasi busy... Guys, anyone here who had the same problem? Talaga bang patay na pag na corrode yung PCIE?

    Problem Encountered: Double Click Issue

    Bought it from lazada last March 2019 during 3.3 Sale
    Brought it to Techwarez last 7-13-19. They said that process time will be 2-3weeks.

    Will keep you posted with the update.

    Pag under warranty pa naman kay MSI pero pag may bend pin ina-accept po ba nila? Sa gigabyte/ubertech kahit may bend pin pinapalitan parin ng gigabyte. Hindi ko lang sure dito sa msi. Thanks po!

    Hindi na po sir need resibo sa gigabyte basta may pct sticker sa item nyo.

    Opo sir yan yung pinaka maganda sa kanila. Meron pa po akong experience sa kanila. 3 years kinabukasan na motherboard ko pero pasok na pasok parin sa warranty. Walang box wala din resibo at walang arte arte basta may pct sticker nila. Kaya yung mga products ni ubertech super sulit talaga at nakapa convenient magpa-warranty kahit end user lang.

  • Yup dun ako nagpa-RMA... dalawang 1080TI saka isang 1070 okay naman service nila... Depende sa sira kung fan lang problem and may stock sila, palit fan lang. Kung walang stock ng parts palitan nila ng bago.

    Matanong ko lang po mga users ng MSI brand specially motherboard. Joke po ba yung warranty ng msi sa motherboard nila? Accidentally i bend my motherboard pin while cleaning. Motherboard is still under warranty since April this year ko lang naman nabili. Sabi nung store na pinagbilhan ko void na daw warranty kasi physical damage. Ok fine ako dun. Pero kahit magbayad ako sa repair hindi parin daw magagawa ng MSI samantalang sa Gigabyte bend or broken pins pa yan basta under warranty gagawin nila motherboard mo pag under warranty "FREE" pag lampas na warranty charge ka nila pero okay parin kasi nagagawa. Itong MSI kahit mag bayad for repair hindi kaya?

    Help po mga sir pwedeng gawin dito sa MSI motheboard ko mga sir. Thanks po
