  • SRH440 or M40x? pwede din kayo mag suggest ng other headphones at that price range, first time ko bibili ng ganitong headphone mga brah!

I'll go with IEMs or earbuds instead. Hehe
  • Mahirap mag recommend talaga nang HP kasi kanya kanya nang taste, unless super great deal. I've only tried the m40x, and I didn't like it. Nor did I for the M50x. Pero maraming tao gustong gusto yung m50x and m40x.

  • Naintriga ako sa Sony Walkman A40 series, if you could use it as a DAC for your PC, could you also use it as a DAC/AMP for your phone?

Another question: may naka AKG K700 series dito tama? have you washed your velour earpads?

Yes sir. Ang ginawa ko, very warm water soak tapos rub mo lang yung pads to each other, wala kong ginamit na bimpo o scotch brite sponge.
  • Sharing my Cans.

    @majingotan
thanks for the tip. Anung sabon gamit niyo sir? Also, natanggal niyo ba siya dun sa plastic niya na attachment to the cans mismo?

    currently looking at:
    - Avantree Audition Pro
    - Bluedio T3

I like the sound of the M220 more.

Also, may foam between the drivers at sa pad.
Sa extra high gain it can drive it properly. Nagopen na yung highs na dati parang veiled. Although sometimes it can get uncontrolled. The bass... Wow! Ramdam mo ang rumble sa tenga mo. It's bassy but doesn't try to be a basshead can like Beats. It doesn't try to assault your ears but it really extends downwards. I guess this is what they're saying about the nature of planars.

Overall, for the price range, I am impressed. This for sure is a better buy than the K7xx imo, and I would recommend these provided you have an amp powerful enough to drive them.
  • @BlackSG5

Nice to know na nagustuhan mo na sya.
  • @lioma - Magkatabi parati yung DT 1990 and T-X0 ko and most of the time I'm having a hard time which one to pick up. Baka I need to set a schedule na for them. M-W-F for one and T-TH-S for another. Linggo lang pahinga! Hahaha!
  • pramis last purchase ko na ito... for this year. hehe.

Just got my Thinksound ON2 on-ear HPs. Out of the box impression: Holy word-used-for-a-piece-of-paper. This is the best purchase I've made so far. It sounds really great - sound stage is unbelievable, mostly I think because of the good seal it makes to my ears. Bass is plentiful, it might be too much for others but for me it's perfect. Best thing about this is the vocals, para kang nandun sa recording studio nakikinig dun sa pagkanta nung artist.

Ang efficient pa niya. I'm not sure pag mga ganito ba ay low impedance or low ohms, pero naka low gain lang ako dun sa CEntrance Dacport Slim @70% volume, ang linis na nung sound.
