may nakapag-pagana na ba ng bridge mode sa Fiber home na modem AN5506-04-FS?
naka bridge mode ako with the fiberhome AN5506-04-FS.

Kagagawa ko lang na parang AP (access point) yung old Globe DSL tplink router. Dinidable ko labg din yung dhcp and WiFi then WiFi and LAN thru the old modem. But this is temporary setup for me until I buy a xiaomi mi 3.
sa mga nag upgrade to unlimited 1899 through globe app, anong speed nakalagay sa app? at anong speed pagkatapos ng upgrade ang nakuha nyo?
15mbps kasi nakalagay sa app sa akin... baka bigyan ako ng 10mbps... gusto ko sana yung 20mbps
Question lang, any regular cordless phone ba gagana pag kinabit sa Modem natin? Yung binigay kasi ni Globe yung regular corded landline lang hassle kelangan pang puntahan yung modem area para sumagot sa phone. haha.
^oo pwede lang kahit anong phone kabit mo doon.. check your cordless phone kung 2.4ghz baka it might cause interference with your wireless network. so I suggest ilayo mo yung base station niya sa modem/onu.
^Thanks sir sa confirmation. Wala kasi kaming extra phone na pwedeng gamtin, active pa kasi yung pldt landline/dsl (2899) namin. Natatakot din ako itry yung landline ni Pldt na ikabit sa modem ni Globe.
New 50mb subscriber. Switcher + No lock up promo. Medyo malayo lang kami sa main globe cabinet dito sa subd kaya parang 10% yung loss. Nasa 200m++ ata.
Though nakakatuwa lang, ayaw i-accept ni pldt yung disconnection namin (may mga pending fibr applications daw kasi kami),e 2 years nakong nag ttry mag apply sa fibr, may 6 daw na open application sa account namin. XD Last week may nakita nakong 2 mini cab ng FiberHome (contractor nila) and may mga roll ng cable sa tabi nila. Then this weekend sabi ng parents ko may mga nag bahay bahay na to offer fibr brochures.
Almost a month narin kaming subscriber, ok pa naman si Globe. Ang wala pang no-lock up promo si pldt so malabong bumalik ako sa kanila.
kakakabit lang ng 20mbps unli plan and binigay sa akin yung admin and mahabang password kaso di ko makita yung pag set ng bridge mode
-disconnect your current pppoe connection.
-add a new connection.
-make sure you copy and enter the VLAN ID in the new connection.
-disable DHCP server.
-disable wireless radio.
*I suggest you save your current configuration first before making any changes.
Anyone here know how much ang early termination fee for Globe broadband? I recently applied for 1899 50mbps with a new account. Gusto ko na ipaputol yung lumang account namin na 5mbps lang kaso 9 months pa lang to kasi bago lang namin na renew from 2mbps to 5mbps.
^unnecessary, waste of money and beyond comprehension why you did that. Normally, you can just upgrade your existing account for free. You can upgrade even if its just 9 months.
But if you really want to know how much, its much better to Call 730-1000 for the exact amount for termination.

^yes, i'm on plan 2499 50mbps Unli plan and its really unlimited. Upgraded from plan 1899 50mbps 600GB last january 2018 when it was offered.

thanks for the guide earlier. unfortunately hindi ko mapagana.When i try to create a new Vlan ID sinasabi na already in use and when i disconnected yung ppoe na connection dun sa wan settings ayaw parin then ayaw na magconnect lol.
Buti nalang na backup ko muna yung config file and restored. I called globe para ma assist ako and they sent a tech yesterday pero di naman alam gawin din labo. They are sending another guy on Thursday so we'll see.

Doon sa main pppoe connection pagka disconnect mo make sure nka manual connect na siya. Then palitan mo lang yung vlan id niya to a different value. If you check my image above my value ng vlan sa pppoe ko is just 1 and sa bridge connection is 1427.

Kamusta po ang ping ni globe sa online games like Dota 2, CSGO, PUBG, Rainbow Six Siege, Overwatch, BF1, etc.?? thanks po
^50mbps BFRV din Italia 500 area. okay naman sa online games although sa Diablo 3, ROS, and Fortnite ko palang na test. 250msec yung average na latency.
Was expecting na mas mababa since yung globe copper line ko dati 150-170 msec ang latency ko on most games.
