Express gate installation is incomplete

  Hello,
  
  I'm have technical problem with my desktop, as in hindi talaga nag launch sa WIN7 at first it show the " Express gate installation is incomplete". Kaya hinid ko pa install yong ASUS P5Q Deluxe drivers.
  
  Isa pang problem ko, CDROM ayaw mag bukas kaya hinid ako maka boot sa CDROM.
  
  meron ba way to install the mobo ASUS P5Q Deluxe driver kahit wala sa windows ?

  punta ka sa bios, disable mo na lang yung express gate
