mining rig? :-) pang ang strength talaga ng vega ay sa mining and high performance computing. so-so ang gaming performance @4K resolution eh, 35-42 fps lang :-( hanggang 1440p lang kaya ang smooth 60fps.
bought mine sa bagong itlog, black friday sale. tubong lugaw mga distro satin eh. so far asus and powercolor pa lang ang may custom design, yung limited edition puro frontier edition nalang.

Malabo magkastock locally, given yung boom ng mining abroad... Kahit US sellers walang stock. Kung meron man sobrang mahal, pati Nvidia cards apektado narin :-( Inuubos ng miners lahat ng graphics card lately.
Overhyped talaga gaming performance ng Vega. Almost a year from release pero wala pa ring "Fine Wine" effect ng AMD. Parang lumalabas pa nga eh pang mining and/or workstation rig ang design ng graphics card.

Asan na? Asan na ang putanginang vega na to? Ilang buwan at taon na magpapaasa, "wait for vega, wait for vega amputa" talo na nga sa presyo talo pa sa performance at power. putangina lang talaga pati kayong nagoverhype sa putanginang to.
I rest my case.
Given na yung extreme demand ng gpu, in minutes lang ubos na supply. Thus tini-take advantage ng retailers yung extreme demand to jack up the price since gagawa at gagawa ng paraan ang mga miners para magka gpu sila kahit buhay pa nila kapalit. -

Yep, Vega performs a lot better in DX12/Vulkan games like Forza. Sadly, most AAA games are designed for DX11 :-( Hoping for more DX12 games in the future!

may nka experience ba sa inyo na parating nag BSOD or black screen freeze then maging maingay yung fan, tapos need nyo itrun off yung pc. Gigabyte RX Vega 56 yung card ko. pa help naman po mga sir

sino po dito natry na palitan ng custom air cooler yung reference card ng vega 64?
is it worth it? or should I just buy a new gpu?
thinking to buy a replacement cooler, nagrereklamo roomate ko, sobrang ingay daw ahhaha :((( -

I think yung problem is wala masyado available na custom coolers for RX Vega 64 reference cards. Yung NZXT G12 is not compatible and baka hindi niya din kaya i-cool lahat ng components especially the VRM's.
You can try ordering abroad and look for Rajintek Morpheus Vega...

Downside is kailangan mo disassemble ang videocard and it will void the warranty. But mas mura parin compared to buying a new videocard.
Kung may plans ka narin mag-upgrade, better kung sell mo yung RX Vega 64 and buy a new videocard... yan ang best option but most expensive. -
@scorchplug62- I use the morpheus on my 56. Silent and unlocks a lot of OC headroom. Totally worth it I would say.

@scorchplug62 - I got mine shipped from Taiwan. Wala talaga local sellers nito. Newegg PH used to sell pero wala na ata and quite pricy.
