I will be a bum starting next year, I would like to ask how to start being a webdev and ano anong programming languages yung dapat pag aralan. I have an IT background and if Ill rate myself being a programmer baka nasa 6 to 7 lang ako. Thanks!

May purpose ako kung bakit pwede kong ibigay ng libre ang serbisyo ko. May kapalit din naman, pero hindi pera. Ano yun? Ang gusto kung kapalit eh recognition na ako gumawa sa project nila, add ko lang sa Portfolio ko at Track Record.

Hello Devs! I have a question that I can't seem to find anwers on google.
Wordpress and WooCommerce question.
How can I create an archive in Wordpress which will display products that is "featured, latest, on sale, best sellersor top rated".
For example. We have Author archives, category archives, search archives.
How can I have Featured products archive? Latest Product Archive? On Sale Products Archive? and the list goes on.....
I know I can create a page then have that page to use a custom template. Then use a shortcode on the template to display specific products like Featured Products.
I want to know how can I have Featured Products displayed using the wordpress archive template. or custom archive template.

Hello to all, i just want to ask you guys kung anong ginagamit nyo for styling and making your pages dynamic and why? For styling, is it regular css? sass? lass? and for page interaction, is it javascript? jquery? angularjs? reactjs?
Ano bang ginagamit sa industry? I am refreshing my knowledge kasi and i'm on javascript right now. Any reaction on my question would be really appreciated. Thanks in Advance.

Guys, gusto ko lang makuha yung opinion ninyo. Currently involved ako ngayun sa development ng isang internal application para sa isang company. Napansin ko kasi na heavy masyado sa front end javascript yung app na dinedevelop namin, ang pasimuno nito ay yung original programmer nanagumpisa nung project. Ang number 1 issue namin kung bakit mahirap ang development ay masyadong complicated yung front end, gumagamit kasi ng angular.js, although marunong naman ako ng angular, yung nga lang masyadong madaming pasikot sikot yung front end javascript.
Actually napaka simple lang ng business requirements, kung babasahim mo yung BR, more one crud operation lang yung kailangan ng user, specially yung maintenance modules, pero ang nagpacomplicate sa project is yung masyado itong heavy javascript sa front end.
Tanong ko lang guys, since internal application lang ito, mukang hindi naman kailangan ng user na "single page app" , mukang wala namanng value naibibigay ang smooth user experience, nagpapacomplicate lang ito sa code. Sa experience ko kasi hindi naman masyadong maselan ang user when it comes to user interface at user experience. Pero hindi ko sinasabing dapat pangit at inconsistent ang UI.
Ang concerne ko lang ay tumatagal masyado ang development namin dahil ang daming javascript ek ek sa front end, although hindi ko naman sinasabing kaartehan iyun. Tingin ko lang masyadong over complicated yung UI niya. Yes naremove mo nga yung page load at naging responsive yung UI pero ang naging result naman ay complicated code.
Hindi ako againts sa angular, infact I find it usefull

^Retain mo nalang Angular. I think hindi lang maayos implementation ng framework/architecture nyan kaya mahirap mag-code. Check mo goal ng Angular tapos check mo sa code kung nasusunod yang mga goal na yan.

It is easy to rant or hate the things that you don't know. I was hating C# before and damn when I started on it, I told myself I'm a fool. There's a reason why the project used Angular and maybe one of them is the extendability of the project. Everyone knows jQuery, but not everyone knows how to use it properly.
Learn Angular and see why the first developer chose to use that or use this. There are always reason behind it.

Nakausap ko yung original programmer, ang sabi niya ay hindi din daw siya madunong ng angular, sinabi lang daw ng mas senior sa kanya na gumamit nuon. Sinabi din niya na mas prefer niya yung walang angular.
At ang nagpacomplicate pa nito ay wala kaming source control, kaya ang hirap i-submit or imerge nung gawa mo sa code base. And by the time nanatapos mo na yung task mo, madaminang changes ang code base kaya yung code mo ay hindi na match sa code base. Yung IDE na gamit namin ay walang code completion sa javascript. Ito ang number 1 problem namin, then ikalawa lang yung too much javascript.
