any recommended CRM for small business?

  Hi mga sir,
  
  may mga marerecommend po ba kayo na CRM for small businesses.
  
  I\'ve checked Sugar CRM CE but yung mga features na kailangan namin eh nasa enterprise edition.
  
  Right now, we\'re looking on
  
  Microsoft Dynamics
  Salesforce
  SugarCRM
  
  Tanong ko lang po kung sa experience niyo eh ano ang mas cost effective for small businesses.. Less than 100 employees lang po kami, and we need a portal where our clients can login (sales force mukhang ok naman din isetup) yun nga lang din eh ung price per user..

  Please inform us about the budget. Kung wala kayong budget about sa CRM, then it\'s better to use Sugar CRM CE since ito ang pinaka ayus na libre. Kung meron naman pero minimal lang, you can always hire a consultant/developer to create reporting tools for your CRM. By the way, I myself develop some reporting tools sa sugar crm pero syempre, it\'s not for free. Just informing you lang.
  
  Or if you think may budget naman kayo, kunin nyo na yung CRM na gusto nyo then bayaran nyo yung per user na gusto nyo.

  If your plan is for clients to use the CRM, better go with the paid services, checkout insidesales or salesforce. Ive worked with SugarCRM CE. and adding functionality not built into it is pretty tricky. but if you have good php guys there then its fine.

  Hi ask ko lang po sa mga sina suggest nyong CRM may Accounting na din ba sya at pede sya local and international.. may kilala kayong agent na nag re seller or nagprogram ng custom.. may budget naman po for starting lang muna then pag lumaki na ung call center then dun na rin kami mag upgrade.. Thnx po sa tutugon dahil need na din po ng aming company.
