^2nd hand thinkpad x220 (12.5in), more powerful than netbooks, lamang lang ng 1in in size. eto gamit ko and very portable.
for 12k, eto nakuha ko -
i5 2nd gen
16gb ram
500gb ssd
120gb msata ssd
9cell battery
and since it is a thinkpad, durable and pang matagalan. 6months ko na gamit and i believe i can easily get at least 5yrs with this x220.

Try to look around kahit yung mga big name retailers sa mga malls, and most of them nagbibigay ng malaking discount if cash mo kukunin yung laptop :)

Eto sir sakto sa needs mo. IPS screen pa. Not sure if it can handle photoshop well.
PROS:
-Pwede i flip 360 degrees.
CONS:
-No ssd (Medyo mabagal mag boot)
-No usb type c (Di pwede i charge ng powerbank)
Kaso medyo malaki na yung screen size (about 13 inches). Mga nasa P25k-35k-ish yung price range.

Mga boss, pasuggest nang laptop.
Budget max 60k
12-14in
at least i5 min. of max 3.1GHz Processor
Thunderbolt 3
GPU doesn't really matter basta may TB3 support
I was thinking of the newly released Lenovo 720S pero parang nasa at least 70k php at the moment. Thinking of picking up Razer blade stealth if no other options come out

Hi!
I'm looking for a new laptop.
I'll be using it for the following:
- typical web browsing (3-5 open tabs at a time)
- listening to music and watching movies
- light Office usage
I also want to do some light gaming. Kahit low-medium settings lang, basta playable naman
Minecraft
NFS Shift 1 & 2
Diablo III
some old Assassin's Creed titles (Brotherhood, AC3)
My most important criterion, however, is that it should be as light and portable as possible.
Maybe smaller than 14 inches. Kasi I'll be bringing it outside often.
Budget is around 25k pesos.
Actually, I'm considering a Surface Pro 3. Might be able to play some of those games at low settings, pero I'm not so sure about it.
Any advice is appreciated.
Thanks! :)

@ed
partida hindi pa retina yung mbp ko, im using a late 2008 model.
Trust me, if you can afford a mac, yun na patulan mo. There's a reason kung bakit mas preferred ng media industry ang hardware na yan.
