Pag 2pm nasa 350-800watts ang reading niya pag 34+ At 41 deg heat index sa labas. Yung 1200watts nangyari ng 12 noon, bigla nalang bumilis kahit stable ang lamig sa loob. Kahapon stable siya never nag ramp up yung compressor whole day.
Malalaman mo naman pag may problema yung ac pag weird na yung takbo niya. Weird din yung pag ramp up ng compressor sa gabi kahit na achieve na yung desired temp

that's the benefit for having a watt meter + room thermometer. hindi tayo aware or manghuhula na lang kung wala nyan. -
Duda ko nagluluko na yung temp sensor sa condenser radiator kaya ganyan.. But malalaman lang once ma-check na talaga.

Kaya pag nililinis, always clean both the ambient temp sensor (mounted before the fan and condenser), the cooling coil temp sensor (mounted sa gilid ng evaporator) and the intake thermistor (mounted infront of the evaporator).

^Actually 2 major causes of electronic parts damage for inverter AC are power surges and nababasa ng tubig yan pcb during cleaning. So before you have your unit repaired or replaced, better figure out if its just your LG unit ang may problem to spare you from the headache of repetitive issues kahit pa getting a new unit w extended warranty eh abala din yan pa serbisan.
Kadalasan months lang ang warranty ng replacement parts so malamang out of warranty na yan piyesa ng LG mo kung May pa pala last yr napalitan. Naka ROI ka na naman nyan with 5 to 6 yrs of use in terms of electricity savings ng inverter AC vs a conventional aircon kaya hindi na din masama't pwede na palitan ng new AC.

Finally yesterday napacheck na sa technician and fortunately hard reset lang yung ginawa sa outdoor unit, nireplug lang lahat ng wires sa PCB and gumana na siya ulit. Ang findings is pwede daw nung nag trip yung breaker tapos mahina pasok nung unang daloy ng kuryente sa AC. pwede pala siya makaaffect sa AC kahit na hindi siya nakaplug nung nag trip breaker. -

Finally yesterday napacheck na sa technician and fortunately hard reset lang yung ginawa sa outdoor unit, nireplug lang lahat ng wires sa PCB and gumana na siya ulit.
If it happens again, try turning off the breaker na lang muna to force a reset. Turn the breaker back on after a good long while to clear out yung memory. If it doesn't work, then saka ka na lang tumawag ulit ng technician. -

yung installation fee nung sa Abinsun same din poba kung kukuha lang ng mga installer sa mga shop tapos bili nalang ng copper tubing sa labas? -
I suggest as much as possible just opt for a window type. The ST installation cost's just the tip of the iceberg for the compounding expense of maintaining an ST. Yung cleaning na lang is at least twice as much ST vs WT. Aside from more frequent ang cleaning requirement ng ST. Cons lang ng WT is it's not as quiet as an ST and you'll need a bigger provision to install. Other than that, WT gets my vote by a landslide.

YES, i will opt for WT for the inconvenience & convenience mentioned above.
I myself have cleaned our WT at least 6 times in it's lifetime BUT would be almost impossible for me to do if it where a ST.
Now the hunt continues for a 1.5HP around Pampanga
thanks to this thread & TS, many of us here made a sound & good decision when selecting the optimum AC for the comfort of our household! -

If budget is not an issue, go for Panasonic, Daikin, or Mitsubishi.

Hi mga Master! Plano kong bumili bukas ng wt aircon at ang natitipuhan ko ay ang Kolin Quad series 1hp Inverter. Approx 9sqm yung room ko right now. Ang prob ko lang is yung placement ng unit is around 3 to 4ft above floor level. Oks lang ba yun? Di ba malaki ang epekto sa circulation ng lamig? Salamat sa tutugon mga master!

Standard naman ata yang 3-4 ft sa amin ganyan din, ok naman 1.5 HP nga lang pero old inverter model ng Kolin, 2016 namin binili.
Yung R32 refrigerant in 5 years mag e-evaporate na yan, sa amin nagpakarga kami ulit nitong March (after 6 years), eto super lamig na ulit.

Sobrang init ngayon.. tapos biglang hindi na umandar ung 1.5hp window type hitachi full dc inverter. Even ilagay sa powerful hindi pa din umaandar ang compressor nito. Then pag nilagay din sa low fan, walang lumalabas din na hangin. Pag high fan meron pero hindi na lumalamig dahil hindi umaandar ang compressor.
Compressor ba ito or inverter board na? I'll let you know pag nakatawag kami sa service center. Makikitulog na muna sa ibang kwarto. -

Ilang years na ito? Baka may leak lang yan ng refrigerant; ganyan din sa amin pag nilagay sa cool parang naka fan lang sya. Yung sa amin pala may leak (mali pala ako hindi kusa nag evaporate yung refrigerant), pinakargahan namin ng refrigerant saka inayos din yung leak. -

None that I know of. Another option is to find another brand that has affordable aftersales / parts. Para kapag nasira beyond the usual 1 yr warranty nde masyado mabigat sa bulsa. I think LG offers reasonably priced parts. Either that or tiyagain mo na lang Daikin . Tantiya ko 2023 to 24 pa maglalabas ng new models yan based sa unit na nabili ko (2015 series) nun April 2019 after a few months lumabas yan current models nila. -

Mga sirs, kabibili lang namin ng WT Inverter Aircon last week, currently pinuplug lang namin sya sa solo outlet dedicated for aircon and unplug kapag hindi ginagamit. Pa-advise lang sana kung kelangan ba mag pa install pa ko ng separate breaker para sa line nya?

Depends kung saan connected yung line ng aircon socket mo? Is it a dedicated line that goes to the main panel board kung saan may dedicated breaker for that aircon? If may dedicated siya, then no hindi na. If hindi siya dedicated line and tipong naka-connect lang din sa breaker that serves yung mga convenience outlets ng bahay, then yes need mo pagawan ng sariling line and breaker that goes to the main panel board. -

Start muna with a hard reset by turning off the breaker for a while then andar mo ulit after maybe 30 mins then see if ganun pa rin. If that didn't solve it, tawagan mo na yung installer or TCL service at (02) 8771-6888. -

Daikin, LG, Panasonic pa din ba usually recommended inverter AC? Need ko ng multi-split (2-3 indoor units) AC for condo. Not sure kasi kung kakasya sa balcony ang 2 condenser kung normal split type. Kung kasya man, baka wala na din space matira. Hehe
