Cannot access to some cloud services

  Hello guys. I need help.
  
  I bought this thing called ReMarkable paper tablet and has a cloud service. First few weeks, I can access the cloud service, but recently, hindi na. I tried to trouble shoot with their tech support, we found out that I can access using mobile hotspot,and other WIFI, but not with my own PLDF Fibr. I did nothing to change any setting in my Wifi prior to this.
  
  The tech support suggested that I disable the IpV6. How do you do that? I have access to adminpldt.

  in windows you can disable it via network adapter properties.
  
  
  
  
  i dont know about android and ios since they make things hard.
  
  there's no way PLDT will let you adjust the settings of the router (you need a superadmin credentials to disable IPV6 in router level).
  
  one thing you can also do is buy your own router, setup that router to disable IPv6 and your done.
