    Kamusta ang RMA user experience nyo between these three GPU brand distributors: Asus (Banbros), MSI (Netessentials) and Inno3D (Axisglobal)? Kindly correct, if nagpalit na ng distributor, just based sa PC Distributor thread. Looking to buy GPU between these 3 brands, just want to know ease of after sales experience from these three. Maraming Salamat in advance.

    Yang mga brands na yan pa napili mo. Yang mga yan ata yung mahirap pag warranty since kailangan mo dumaan sa store. Di ka pwede dumirecho sa distro. Depende pa kung assist ka ng store na napagbilhan mo. Suggest ko lang, dun ka na sa mga pwede end user claims. UBT (Palit, Sapphire, Gigabyte), JTP (Zotac), Redwood (Galax).

    Anyway alam mo ba distro ng PNY? Medyo recently nakikita ko na ulit mga GPU nila.

    yes they do kahit sa 10 series. just make sure na ma register mo yung item on first 30 days.

  • May idea po kayo saan pwede pa rma amd procs?
  • Nagtry ako RMA ng asus MoBo H310-E random shut down Oct 2018 ko nabili sa PCX. Dinala ko sa PCX napinagbilhan kp sabi contakin o daw manufacture. Nagchat ako sa Asus kinuha photo ng mobo and resibo ko at iaaupdate nalang daw nila ako. Mageexpect pa ba ako na marepair or mapalitan?

  • Question, confirm ko lang kung valid reason sa RMA na nag fail sa memtest yung ram?
    Kasi pag sa unit ko nirurun yung memory, nag eenable yung xmp profile nung ram at pag nag rurun ako ng memtest nag fafail sya, nag try ako dumaan sa shop kanina at ndi naman nag fail sa kanila, so kung dadalin ko yung pc ko pede syang ma-RMA?

    Follow up question expected ba na hindi stable pag naka xmp profile ang ram?

  • ^Considered as overclocking na yung XMP kaya ang intetest lang talaga yung stock settings. Siguro kung nasa motherboard QVL pero kailangan same yung CPU na gamit sa nakalist sa QVL tapos hindi paring nagpass pwede pa.

    Maraming factors yung unstable memory overclocks. Pwedeng CPU memory controller, motherboard memory topology, timing or voltage settings, BIOS version ng motherboard,etc. kaya sa stock settings lang nila tinetest.

    Check mo muna sir kung supported ba sa website ng mobo yung ram speed ng XMP mo. Any ram oc beyond sa naka indicate sa website nila, malamang yan di yan mahohonor. Kapag supported naman yung speed try nyo muna imanually time yung ram para di rin masayang oras nyo pagpapa rma. Sa experience ko sa overclocking ram kadalasan di yan nagboboot dahil masyadong tight yung settings ng xmp, di kaya ng board. pag manually mo i-time matitimpla nyo ng mas maayos yan

    kung sa ubertech, required nila ang PCT/UBT sticker. pag mamahalin video card mas okay sa store kana bumili... :)

    Thanks! Kung available lang sana sa store eh hehe. Pano po kung sa amazon us binili tapos niregister lang sa gigabyte website yung card? No receipt din pero bought july 2020 amazon us.

    kung papayagan ka ni gigabyte taiwan na idaan sa local distro ang videocard mo madadala mo sa n.domingo for warranty. since meron din naman international warranty ang mga products nila. p.s. na ipawaranty ko old h77 motherboard sa US nabili pero na ipagawa ko sa local service center ng gigabyte..

    ahh okay salamat sir. Tried calling ubt, based sa SN nung product sa us yung distributor pero pwede parin naman daw nila icoordinate mas matagal lang.

    Hihingi lang po sana ako ng advice.

    Nakabili po ako ng rx 5600xt last Jan 2021 (before gpu price hike), unfortunately, after 7 mos. nagkaroon ng overheating issue and I send it back to store (PC hub) for RMA last July, ang sabi nila after 2 mos pa malalaman kung kaya maresolve kasi need nila dalhin sa supplier, and possible na dalhin sa abroad. then after 2 months, tumawag ung store from gilmore, and offered a store credit from the original price of purchase (which is insane dahil sobrang taas ng price ng gpu ngaun), and I declined their offer. sabi nila ipapadala na lang daw nila sa manufacturer abroad, and it will take another 4 mos. so total of 6 mos in waiting na wala akong work.
    yung warranty sa resibo po kasi nakalagay is 1 yr. sa store, 1 yr. sa distro, and 2 yr sa manufacturer. tanong ko lang po, bakit po kaya idederetso sa manufacturer kung pwede nman nila i-replace un as a seller and supplier, since under pa ng warranty nila?

    sana po may makapansin, pahingi naman po ng advice nyo mga boss,

  • Dati, I contacted G. Skill directly and then they had me bring the kit to their distributor in Pasig (I forgot the name). Then sila na bahala magprocess. Lifetime warranty naman kasi.

    Another option is to contact Softbox Solutions (a reseller here) tapos magbabayad ka lang ata ng more or less P500, para masabay nila sa pag RMA sa distributor.

    I suggest going through the first option muna before the second.

  • Nope, chineck ko din sa email, di ko na mahanap. I suggest contacting [email protected]. I remembered that my last RMA with them was 10/2020 and they required me to ship the kit directly to Taiwan at my own expense, which I did. After receiving the defective product, they sent back the new one to me at their expense (using UPS as their courier).
  • Anyone here with experience on recent gpu rma via ubertech? My Gigabyte 3080ti Eagle just pulled a no display + 100% fans and now it won't boot up.
  • Gigabyte ended up replacing my 3080ti Eagle so eyyy took two weeks though.
