  • Hello po. Sa may internet allowance po ba is ilalagay na agad sa cut off po? Pinapasa po kasi ng sa myTE po. Sinama na po hanggang September 30 ilalagay na po ba agad namin po yung sa internet allowance?
  • hello po ask ko lang sa mga nauna sakin. nag apply po kasi sa ACN. took and exam then may nag txt na need ko daw fill upan yung personal data thru realms para HR interview na next. Nakapag register na ko and login, kaso im not sure ano yung personal data na need? Need ko po ba mag apply mismo ulit dun sa site realms sa job posting? Nkalagay kasi is My application - 0. Tapos wala din view my personal data. Thank you so much sa sasagot and sana may makapansin nalilito na ko. hindi din kasi sila nag rereply sa text.
  • Hi everyone. Currently need advise.

    I keep receiving language premium monthly for a year now even though i am not deployed to a japanese project. I have received the premium since I started in ACN, even when I was on bench. Contract states that I shall only receive premium when i am deployed to a project that uses that skill.

    Now my manager told me that may premium will be stopped and I have to return the premiums paid by acccenture thru salary deduction.

    What kind I do? How do i negotioate

    This will help me avoid such by reporting irregularities sa immediate ko.

    Baka may email ka naman informing them previously.
    Nangyari nayan sa asawa ko maternity leave keeps on paying us monetary company benefits kahit tapos na. It took us 3 months to notice. Then we reported. Akala ko maaawa ang company at hindi na kami singilin ha ha. Pero pumayag naman 2 years 0 interest.

    I suggest talk to your immediate, if you're insisting to just resign or AWOL then..
    Sir Artie laid it out pretty straightforward naman sa mangyayari.

    What kind I do? How do i negotioate

    1. Depende, baka kaya takot kang mag reach out ay baka may hindi ka shine-share na info dito.
    2. Isipin mo na ikaw ang nasa lugar nila, nagbayad sila for 1 year. Then plead your cause, avoid excuses and acknowledge kung may shortcomings ka. Remember ikaw ang nakiki usap.

    3. If hindi talaga papayag. It will just boil down siguro sa 2 options, bayaran mo or hindi mo bayaran kapalit yung mga sinabi ni sir Artie.

    pero ganon talaga sir siguro. some companies/group/project are less ideal some super less ideal some are better than the other.
    nakakatawa lang kasi ng konti ang ACN, dun sa NJX nila super best foot forward.

    i really want to understand, that some instructors/team member wouldn't want to spoonfeed newbies. pero medyo may pagka apathetic and 'on your own' ang culture dito. Nung nag onsite ako, napaka prominent nung mga usapang resignations, somewhat that's a good opportunity sa mga aspiring.

    it's nothing new and maybe even a norm sa industry yung 'sink or swim' approach for new joiners.

    ang impt, may trabaho ako ngayon, at sana makapasa ako sa bootcamp. first time kong mazero sa quiz, my own fault btw. bawi next time. :)

  • Hello Po sa lahat Share ko lng Yung exp. Ko Kay Accenture. Nagaapply Ako Kay Accenture Nung May 2022 nafill up Ako ng realms Nung June 2022 then nakapagsend Sila sa akin ng JO nung July 04 2022 na nakaindicate dun start date ko Aug. 1 2022, nagresign agad Ako sa work ko kase expected ko makapagstart agad Ako Yun Pala Ang Dami pa palang icocomply sa kanila daming errors na nagyari sa akin maparelams, requirements, emails at Yung mga icocomply na letter's na required nila. nasubmitt ko nmn lahat at naayos ko ng 3 months, nakapagmedical na din Ako, nakakuwa na din ng ATM, may nariceived akong email na completed na dw Yung critical to payroll requirements ko at Yung medical examination kaso still checking pa dw Yung background check ko pero na move ulit Yung start date ko ng Nov. 02, 2022 Hindi Po Ako nageexpect
    Na final Po agad Yung start date ko kase Ilang beses na Sila nag eemail ng start date ko kaya di na ko umaasa gusto ko lng matapos Yung pre employment ko at mag first day work Kay Accenture. Hehe

    Ask ko lng Po kung may bumabagsak sa background check? at Ilang months Po ba Yung background check ni Accenture.? After Po ba ng background check ano next step Po nila ?


    Grabe anxiety at depression ko Yung nagresign Ako sa work ko Dami nagsasabi pumayat Ako kala ko kase makapagstart agad Ako, Wala kong income buti may nahanap Ako ngyn temporary work ko habang hinihintay ko Si Accenture sana makapagstart na ko.

    i feel you bro. tyaga lang, ang mahalaga, hindi ka magiging one upper.

    two roads lang yan, and im certain and hoping na parehas tayo ng mindset:

    1. Naranasan kong walang nagturo mentor sakin, kaya manigas mga newbies
    2. Naranasan kong walang nagturo mentor sakin, kaya id do my best under my team that the new ones will get the baseline attention.

    tyaga lang Bro, pasalamat tayo may thread na ganito. I know what you're feeling is valid. Kasi ramdam ko din yan. Pero alam mo, sa kanila, parang wala lang yun, may angulo lang din na nag over think tayo. courage lang na explain natin na kung bakit mabagal tayo sa simula.

    Usong uso pa naman yung mentality dito, yung mga phrase na 'bakit hindi ka nagtanong'? tapos hindi naman approachable sila ha ha patawa talaga na nakaka iyak. may aura dito na pag nag tanong ka, parang ambobobo mo. may tawag dun eh. anyway, perserve lang, bro.

    May current work po ako. Pero gusto ko po itry sa acn due to salary kahit entry level huhu

    Sure ka ba sir na sa acn mo gusto considering salary ang priority mo? Afaik kasi, mejo mababa ang bigayan sa acn relative sa prevailing rate sa market

    Opo sana boss. Di hamak na mas malaki po offer sa acn kesa sa current job ko na required pumasok 12hrs shift. Though mahirap commute,Wfh naman kaya okay na din dyan huhu



    Patulong din po magdecide. Okay naman environment sa current work ko, kaya lang po yung demand ng job is very time consuming at nakaka drain. Kahit mag OT ako, di enough yung compensation sa mga works ko. So salary po main reason ko kaya gustong gusto ko itry sa ACN as ASE Kahit no background ako sa programming.

    Then ACN nga is a good stepping stone
    If nalalakihan ka na sa offer ni ACN, wait till you transfer to other company after 2 or 3 years of working dun

    Career shifter din ako actually, from construction to IT thru ACN. Sorry i don't think may mabibigay akong tip regarding sa process, 15 years ago pa kasi ako andun, and i'm sure marami ng nagbago. Antay tayo ng feedback from other members

    hello sir. zero know how in programming, just a SAP user for 8 years or so.
    applied about 4 months ago. this is what i can share:

    1. Online examination are very intuitive. Very logic based and time bound. A big tip i can share is that there are 5 lives yata per segmented scenario, THE REMAINING LIVES DOESN'T AFFECT THE SCORING system. Kaya huwag kang matakot mag trial and error sa simula lalong lalo na madali pala sa start, once you get a hang of it you'd be able to use these lives[yes it recharges every scenario] wisely sa harder stages.

    Take the exam in a quiet place as much as possible. This is a no brainer but i just feel i need to say this always.


    2A. Initial Interview, pardon for being forgetful, hindi ko sure kung nauna ito or yung online exam.
    HR will contact you, madali lang naman ma impress ang HR kasi puro general questions, confidence lang sir.
    She'll ask if you're willing to be assigned here or there, what is your expected salary, the basics lang naman.

    [2B & 2C warning speculative lang ito]
    2B: This is where your CV and luck comes into play. I did not receive any pass or fail email. I just got an invite for a technical interview. Apparently our CV's maybe collated by HR and circulated among the deployed teams who are currently understaffed.

    If the current team lead is looking for an ASE[entry level guy] and is both impressed by your CV and interview. Then tuloy tuloy kana.

    2C: this is where it gets tricky. as observed rin sa thread na ito, about 10 pages backread.

    -company needs are always changing. so may angulo na kahit accepted kana at may JO kana, pero biglang saturated ang demand ng ASE for whatever reasons. then it would be an interest of the company to delay hiring. pwedeng idefer yung mga may simpleng kulang lang sa onboarding requirements- on the flip side kapag high demand ang company ay kahit to follow na.

    -worse, they will just have to say na move ang iyong start date.
    -the scenario that i am wrong here is highly likely kasi anlaki naman ng ACN, maybe some can share why the likes of sir ECO25 and others are having those kinds of delays.

    good luck sa mga gustong sumali. ACN is relatively poor in talent retention, per glassdor 2 years lang ang average tunure dito ha ha.
    abangan ang susunod na kabanata.

    lastly always pray and ask, and have the desire to strive.

    Thank you so much sir for the tips and taking time to give your inputs. Now, nalilito na ako kung ipursue ko pa ba tong application ko hahaha.
  • In my own experience and opinion, karamihan kasi ng new hires ay petiks. I myself grind in everything specially when starting out para advance na agad knowledge and maka-secure ng position, I only rest once I get a good grasp of the programming language that I need to use when I land on a project and of course given na yung to move beyond what's given in training.

    As for salary, it depends on your skills, proven dapat syempre and your ability to negotiate. It's obvious na what they'll offer your is on the low side since sino ba naman yung business na gustong maging charity di ba? There's always room for negotiation specially if you know yourself that you can give more than the average person. I think I got the upper part of the salary bracket since I'm very close to 6 digits na.
