ung dvds are they reliable? if i burn it to those dvds? and then keep it ill tag by volumes or folders?

^ Yes, as long as you safe keep them, they will be more reliable than HDDs, SSDs and cloud.

mahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaabang usapan yang topic na yan sa "The Optical Disc burning thread: DVD±RWs and CD-RWs" thread. I'll give you some things I remember since I have been following it for a long time
* store your burned discs in a drybox
* pressed dvd's and cd's are inherently more reliable than burned. But since only commercial operators and bigtime pirates have access to pressing machines, its not an issue to us since we only have access to burners
* use only good brands of blank media .... but wait, there's more
* make sure its not fake (there are ways)
* and even if its not fake, make sure this particular batch didnt use an inferior media then just slapped their name on it. Parang restoraunt, pwede biglang baguhin ang supplier nila for say their meat or vegetables
* there are ways to scan optical media kung nag dedeteriorate na
