had an inquiry sa chinese seller (ratsada) ng thermalright phantom spirit 120 se... for 1 pair of fan clips... dinamay ko na rin yung Thermalright AK120 SE doon sa old rig na gamit ko sa work... will check daw sa factory... balak ko sana mag 3p (push-pull-pull) sa current hsf ko paired siguro with 3 p12max's ^^... abang na rin siguro yung para doon sa budget cooler kung sakali mag 2p (push-pull)...
wala kasi ako mahanap na compatible fan clips for both... laging generic and upon inquiry eh hindi pwede o incompatible... sana magbunga... hahaha...

@STASIS: hindi ko na record ng maayos yung stock fan ko for the past dew days hehe, though i remember umaabot ako 84c on game compilation or ps3 emulation. Ang hindi ko ma beat ngayon is yung old record ko 1 year ago dahil naka kryonaut ako and im using mx-5 these days due to the drying out of kryonaut.
Either way, pumapalo 3012 rpm max ako and it's loud, though me diminishing returns na din kasi so i think i can set it to around 2400rpm para less audible.
Also i can't push pull since di kasya sa top case ko, im only in matx and buti nga kunasya pa siya dahil ang kapal radiator ng arctic
Edit: Tried to look at my TIM status and natuyuan pala ako, MX-5 medyo inconsistent, 1st apply ko ok pa 2nd apply ko after nagpalit ng gasket tuyo na siya ilang buwan pa lang :( time to get MX-6 i guess or balik loob to Kryonaut, down ng 5-7C pag new applied TIM

Kung additional top exhaust fans kahit anong nasa 300+ price range na fan pwede na (Arctic P12, Thermalright C12C, Phanteks M25, ID COOLING TF-12025). Hindi din ganun kalaki difference kung mag additional 3 fans ka, kahit 1-2 top exhaust fans lang okay na dagdag sa stock fans ng Lancool 216 IMO, dagdag noise/cost lang kung itotodo mo sa 3 top exhaust fans.
Mas sulit na upgrade kung additional 1x140mm top(Kaze Flex or Arctic P14) para sa CPU area + 120mm PCIe exhaust fan para sa GPU area (mas justifiable pa na mag Arctic P12 max sa PCIe exhuast kasi malayo yung back fan slot sa mismong casing, kailangan ng mas mataas na static pressure + malayo sa iyo yun fan kaya hindi mo masyadong madidinig yung noise niya). -

Mas malakas ng konti yung PA120 sa AK620 sa performance charts ng GN. Sa palagay ko yung mounting and thermal paste application yung difference. Baka sa ibang reviewers hindi pantay yung mounting pressure based sa mounting pressure tests ng GN & mas consistent mag-mount yung tech ng GN.

Incoming Phanteks ARGB fan, grabe yung static pressure 5.08 H20 @2,500 RPM & may reverse airflow models din. For reference yung T30 7.1mm/H2O @3,000 RPM 3.2mm/H2O @2,000 RPM.

Guys, normal ba sa fans na mag stop start while booting up then mag start to spin din eventually? Bumili kasi ako ng dalawang kaze flex 120, yung isa ganun ang behavior yung isa naman spin agad after press ng power button. Directly connected sila sa magkaibang mb header. Pinag swap ko header connection ganun pa rin yung behavior nung isa.

^Check mo sa BIOS kung anong minimum na PWM signal para mag-spin siya & kung anong RPM. Kung wala sa ±10% ng advertised minimum speed ipa-RMA mo na.
Edit: 300±200 RPM yung minimum speed na nakalagay sa Kaze Flex 1200 max RPM (first version), 100-500 RPM kailangan yung starting speed ng fan.

Same config naman sa bios yung dalawang fan. Pinagswap ko rin sila ng header pero same behavior pa rin yung isa.
Edit: 1,500 max rpm ng kaze flex black. Nakaset kasi ngaun sa 30% yung min pwm. Try ko gawin 40% tapos test ko kung ganun pa rin. Weird lang kasi yung isang fan naman hindi ganun.

^For Kaze Flex Black: 300±200~1500±10% RPM
Kaya may ±200 & ±10% kasi may tolerance sa manufacturing, may pagkakaiba talaga from different fans kahit same model. Kung out of spec pwede mo i-RMA.
Diyan nagfafactor in yung price ng fan. Kung mas mahigpit yung QC, mas maraming reject, mas mahal yung product.
Example nalang yung Arctic P12 Max, mas okay sa NF-A12x25 yung performance/price niya pero based sa reviews sa Am*zon mukhang may noise issue yung iba sa first batch & mas okay pa yung old P12 sa noise. Sa Noctua naman grabe yung RMA sa ganda, kahit sa kanila ka dumerecho sa email without receipt nagpapadala sila ng replacement.

^hmm, i don't have those issues on my P12 max, similar lang sound niya at same RPM as my old P12s, baka tsambahan sa mga batches na nakuha.
Arctic dumederecho din ako sa mga support sa kanila and they send you the replacement after contacting them for 2 weeks. -
^Medyo duda nga ako since around 500+ lang yung price ng Arctic P12 Max sa Amaz*n, nasa 200 din difference from local sellers and mag-aadd up kung gagamitin as case fans. May free shipping naman kung isasabay sa Thermalright coolers, malaki na din price difference from Sh*pee/L*zada for low profile models.
Naka P12 din ako right now pero hintay muna ako ng buyer feedback. Hindi na ako masyadong tiwala sa QA ng Arctic after MX-5 bad batch tsaka yung bad batch ng Liquid Freezer with gasket issues.
Again, same model ng products pero may difference from item to item.

dumating kahapon yung order kong generic fan clip 120mm/12cm fan... mukhang bitin sa ak120 se and ps120 se hehehe... intay ko lang dumating yung inorder kong isang m25-120 para ma check kung pwede push-pull-pull...
hirap talaga humanap ng saktong fan clip para sa specific na hsf cooler...
fired an email sa support ni thermalright... inquired kung saan makakabili ng fan clips for both my coolers.. nag reply naman at nanghihingi ng receipt... nag provide na lang ako ng screenshot ni ratsada/shakee for proof of purchase... sana lang mabigyan (ng retailer) ng compatible fan clip...

balak ko bumili ng r5 5600. I was told na may kasama na itong stock HSF, and i read on reddit na pwede na pagtyagaan hsf ng amd. Is this true?
I might get the deepcool ag400, but due to budget i would much rather not spend this money if i can get away with just using a stock fan.

not sure... pero coming from stock fan experience?.. maingay yan on load...
suggestion is... get a get but reliable aftermarket cooler...
ang cooler is investment na rin yan... kaya don't skimp on it if ever...

May kasama na yan Wraith Stealth and actually yes, pwede na pagtyagaan talaga yun at ang max temps naman ng Ryzen ay nasa 95C. Pero take note mo na mainit talaga ang Wraith Stealth at don't be surprised kung nasa 80-90C ka usually w/c is within operating specs.
Kung hindi ka comfortable sa ganun na temps ay maganda na palitan yung stock HSF.
