My rule now with Nvidia is to buy the Super or Ti versions that will really get you the GPU boost that you need and more value for your money.
Buy a Super version wait for another new gen of Super to buy again.. If the games you play really starts to suffer then buy a new one, otherwise hold on to the current Super you're using until the need to upgrade arrives and then buy another Super.
Too much hype and now we're seeing that what they were saying is not really true.

so true. I was already inkling to buy one with the thought that NVIDIA promised a double performance from the 2000 series.
Turns out, 20-30% lang daw according sa reviews, vlogs, benchmarks, etc.
Lesson learned, don't replace if it ain't broken, or can still play the games you like. -
Why people compare the 3080 to the 2080ti when its priced like the 2080 at launch. They should compare it with a 3090/3080Ti(if they release one). And Nvidia can still hype people up even if they told its a 60 to 80% increase from the 2080.

With all the Hype of 3080, I'm so excited about the 3090. Damn I want to play Crysis Remastered but currently only using 1050Ti. Sana sa 3090 walang mga scalpers at Bidding at Overprice problems.

Ako una sa lintik na "madaling" PC na yan 6am anjan nako, nagbukas 8am kala ko maaabot ko na pangrap ko 3080 tuf pero sabi wala pa daw stock dun wait until lunch. Pag dating ng lunch time sold na daw. Anak ng teteng buti di nagdilim paningin ko haha pero civil naman ako kaya umalis nanlang ako at medyo naglabas ako ng sam ng loob sa page nila haha pero sa private message haha nagnoffer ng ibang product pero gnun pa din mext week pa din dating kaya luhuan pa din haha -

Buti ayos pa yung GTX 1070 ko kahit na bugbog sarado na sa Nicehash. Will definitely wait for the "Ti" variants or the 3090 - maybe on the 1st quarter of the 2021. Baka oks na yung stocks nun by that time.

Pansin ko sinasamatala consumer, dami nila conditions yan lang raffle nila what if kung 3k lang naglikes so 42k pa din pero srp 41k lang and pag kaka alam ko iisang unit lang nila kala ko pa naman may release sila na pwede ulit pilihan.

Mukhang masmura pa magpadeliver through courier kesa kainin yung patong dito satin. Compared prices ng 2080 vs us prices, mas malapit, mga 1-2k difference. Mas tanggap ko yung ganung profit range compared sa 10k profit... >.<

Bad trip yung mga scalper na gumamit ng bots para bilihin lahat ng stock ng FE cards. Hindi na nakarating sa akin yung notification email. Yun na lang sana pagasa ko para makakuha ng FE card @ SRP.
Ang mali ng Nvidia dito, hindi sila nag implement ng web capcha or similar countermeasure para sa mga bot scripts sa web store nila.
Oh well. Saka na lang ako bibili pag nag settle down na. Hindi naman ako atat na atat. -

Ngayon palang ako nagbabasa ng reviews. Meron na palang CPU bottlenecking sa ibang games @1440p and below sa 3080.
Kailangan siguro taasan pa yung graphics settings para hindi sayang yung card. -

Well, sa mga mag uupgrade, galing sa anong gpu kayo maguupgrade? Gamit ko 1080 Ti, pero mukang hindi muna ako maguupgrade.
