Yung sakin ganto yung speed profile since December 2017. Nakailang report na ko since then, up to now nagre report parin ako. Pero di nila maresolve! Paulit ulit lang sinasabi pag by phone. Halatang copy and paste yung reply pag sa email. Sinasabi nila 5mbps daw sa system nila.
Baka may nakaka alam ng possible fix? Btw, modem is PROLiNK PRS1241B

Sino po ang gumagamit dito ng wifi repeater (to extend wifi range)? Ano ang mare-recommend ninyong brand/model?
BTW, ang gamit ko pong router ay yung sinaunang Prolink H5004N -- which is still going strong after many years (knock on wood!).

ako via telephone, pag hindi pa rin ma resolve punta ako sa business center nila. na may sulat na merong copy rin para sa DTI kapag hindi nila maayos itong issue.

Thanks sa tip! Though naka ilang tawag na din ako sa kanila when this issue started last December. May one time, one hour ako waiting sa queue bago ako nasagot. Kaya nag email na lang ako, nilalagay ko din screenshot ng modem GUI and ng actual speedtest. Until now, ganon parin. Pare parehas lang sagot nila. Last resort ko na talaga pumunta ng business center nila. By the way, what do you mean na may sulat na merong copy? Anong susulat sir?

lagay mo sa letter kung kailan nagsimula yung problem tapos include mo yung reference number na binigay sayo. ako kasi nag-specify ako kung ano yung mga nangyari from the start, parang nag-kukwento ka ng sequence of events. basta polite lang pagkakasulat, produce two copies of letter tapos papirma mo sa kanila both, kung baga proof na nareceive nila yung letter mo personally. then iwan mo yung isang copy sa kanila. sa iyo yung isa para dalhin sa DTI just in case na wala pa rin silang gawin. at least may written proof ka.

got some questions my friends any one know the computation for the dsl bill? kasi nag pa cut ako last time ang na settle naman na yung last bill last march 13 bago ko i pa cut so ang cut off eh 25 but the line was cut last 28

hi, ask ko lang meron po ba dito na nakapag migrate from 1299 na copper to 1299 fiber without modem fee, dami kasing ticket sa akin ni pldt gusto ko sana i-request to waive the modem fee meron akong ticket ng march 15, 2018 then pagtawag ko kahapon bigla na lang na close yung ticket ng wlang nagpupuntang technician sa amin at without informing the client. sino na nakapag pa approve dito ng waiving ng modem fee sa fiber? any suggestion po para madaling ma-approve ang pag waive sa modem fee?

Puro CGNAT na ba ang PLDT DSL ngayon? Kase iba yun WAN Ip ko sa public IP. Pwede ba itawag yun na gawing Public IP ulit imbes na CGNAT yun connection ko?

unless you paid specifically for the public ip then hindi required si pldt to provide you one. we have 4 pldt plans in different locations, two have been migrated to cgnat, so it seems pldt is slowly rolling it out. eventually i think it will all be migrated.

pumunta technician kanina, wala na daw pagasa restart lng ng restart daw solution or lumipat fibr. meron sila ngaun ung free upgrade to fibr. may nakasubok na ba neto? free din ba installation at modem?

Today, Friday May 18th -- more than one hour na since hindi ma-access several international websites like Wikipedia and Twitter. Pero YouTube and Facebook seems OK. TPC and other local websites no problem din pero Lazada and Shopee ayaw mag-load. Anyone else having this issue?? DNS problem lang ba ito?

Intermittent din internet namin, Cavite area. Nung isang araw pa ito. YouTube minsan ayaw mag load. Tpc na kailang try bago mag load. Try ko tumawag sa PLDT later if hanggang bukas ganon pa din.

hala yung ginawa kong additional login credentials para sa prolink adsl2+ router di ko na rin magamit. useless din pala paglagay ko ng custom username and password para ma-access yung root ng router page before. Mukhang ni-reset and patched ng pldt yung router namin. unang napansin ko from green yung buttons, naging blue.
bakit kaya may crackdown sila sa mga mahilig mag-palit ng username and password?

Obsolete na ba yung plan 999? parang hindi na nila inooffer ito tapos wala ring add ons? Wondering if it's worth upgrading to fibr 1299.
