    Ano gamit nyong protein? What's bang for the buck?


    hindi ko pa natry to promatrix7. 5lbs/1550php kapresyo nya ang itlog php/protein P1.04 per protein/gram.
    may masmura pa dyan, though hindi whey. milk magic nonfat. around P135 for 1 pack of 350g powder. 12g protein per serving X 13 servings. around 0.86cents per g/protein. may kasamang bloating and diarrhea kung hindi ka hiyang.

    ON whey gamit ko since last year, try ko ngayon bcaa.

    Hi guys ano sa tingin niyo magandang equipment iinvest for home workouts for starters like me? Benchpress(yung parang sa lazada) or dumbells?

    sa loadable dumbbells pa lang sir marami ka nang magagawang exercise. imo yung pambibili mo ng benchpress eh ipambili mo na lang ng additional plates, or samahan mo ng 4-5ft long bar para sa deadlifting.

    Sir sorry newbie pa paano ko po malalaman yung bodyfat%, and ano po yung required na percentage ng bodyfat to do ab workout and vacuum pose exercise? So itong ab workout does it help po dun sa mga bilbil at sag skin sa tyan?

    panuorin mo kasi yung posted video sir. yung 1st video based mismo sa experience nung nagvacuum exercise. 2nd vid base on science.
    nagassume lang ako na mababa na overall bodyfat% mo pero malaki pa rin tyan dahil sabi mo 79 kg down to 64kg ka na.

    tuloy mo lang diet mo sir pero kahit low calorie foods yan or kahit tubig lang eh wag sobrang dami na bibigat tyan mo. mastretch din tyan mo nyan.
    samahan ng ab workout. baka kasi mahina abdominal muscles kaya nahihila pababa ng gravity yang innards mo.
    walang fat spot reduction pero at least matone ab muscles.

  • 2 liters ang iniinom ko per day, do you think ok naman diba? So mga ilang kilo pa kaya kailangan ko ibawas para lumiit tyan ko. Di muna ako nag aab workout kasi sabi nila di rin lalabas yung abs mo kasi may layer parin ng fats sa tyan kumbaga titigas lang yung tyan mo pero alang abs.
  • depende rin kasi sa katawan mo yan sir eh. kahit 45kilos ka na lang kung skinny fat ka may matitira pa rin bilbil yan. possible rin na nasa lahi nyo na bagsak yung tyan. saka walang spot reduction kaya kung nagdiet ka papayat buong katawan mo pero hindi sa proportions na gusto mo.

    kung ako sayo palakihin mo na lang ibang parts ng katawan mo para magmukhang maliit tyan mo.

    Natural yan pag mabilis yung weight gain mo. Ideally 1lb per week. Kundi mo tinatrack calories mo then wag ka na magtaka hehe.

    May mga apps for tracking tulad ng MyFitnessPal. Tska syempre weighing scale, spoon, at cups.

    Kung di ka nagluluto ng pagkain mo mahihirapan ka.

    homebased job + home workout(balik buhat) muna for 6~8weeks. tapos boxing ulit pag may time.

    5'8 ako 60kg palang dagdag tas bawas lagi timbang ko kada week eh goal ko kasi eh mareach 70 kg bago ako mag cutting.

    Penge naman ng meal plan yung pang student lang na budget tsaka yung mabilis lutuin kulang na kulang kasi time ko eh.

    minsan di ko na kaya 'yung weight increase sa 5th set, kaya binabalik ko sa kung ano 'yung ginamit ko sa 4th set.
    kapag may energy pa, pahinga ng 15secs, then up to failure.

    tama lang ba 'yung ginagawa ko?

    pagkakaalam ko sa 5x5 same weight lang from 1st to last set. magdagdag lang ng additional small weight sa next training session na.

    Update lang sir. Buti na lang ang tropa may Biggest Loser Competition.

    After reading details on Ketogenic Diet i decided to join the bandwagon. Basically replaced my diet low carbs high fat med protein monitored still via myfitnesspal app.

    Calorie Goal - 1840 but i only consume 1200 at minimum

    Protein Goal - 69g per day
    Carbohydrated - 23-50 per day
    Fat Goal - 164g per day

    Ending my first week, after 3 months of weight loss plateau i finally lost 1.5KG. I also tried to be more active to achieve my initial target weight to 80KG from 98KG height 5'7".

    Exercise:

    1. I added <click here for link> this workout. Three times a week kasi i only have dumbbells at home.

    2. Continued cycling 10-20KM during rest on dumbbell workouts.

    3. Added a goal to make sure i am active atleast 60 minutes a day or 5000 steps per day on top of 1 and 2.

    Problem ko ngayon may trip kami sa Europe for 3 weeks so yung Keto state saklap back to zero malamang. I will just try to avoid high carb foods and keep track ng calories para hindi mahirap bumalik.

    2nd update after Europe trip for 3 weeks nagenjoy naman ako sa food watch out lang carbs.

    Pagbalik namin i immediately checked my weight instead of gaining weight eh miraculously lost pa 1kg. After a week pagkabalik i again lost 2kg.

    Now need ko ibalik yung routine ng exercise relaxed kasi the past week masyadong napagod sa trip.

    Current weight 91.2 kg thanks sa mga tips niyo dito mga sir. Until my next update. :)

    Yung increase ng weights is sa next workout mo gagawin, not the same day. So wag mo baguhin ang weights mo. Although ako sa 1st set bawas ang weight kasi parang post warmup ko ang 1st set. 2nd to 5th set full weights na. After ng 5th set alisin ang weights and do one last set to failure Agad-agad to, minimal rest. Sundot kumbaga.

    sir sa myprotein UK website nasa 5500php lang pala yung 2x 11lb whey with free 250g bcaa. free shipping to PH na rin. 25% discount sila this week, last week 35% discount pa. nagdadalawang-isip lang ako dahil sa customs.
    edit.. back in 2011 kasi napagsabihan na ako dati ng customs officer na bawal yung inimport ko na melatonin(1bottle lang yun) kung walang fda import permit, pero pinalusot din nya.
